Design rules

What track width and spacing is allowed?

Track width and spacing must be ≥ 150µ.

What is the smallest drill size?

The smallest drill size is 0.3mm.

What is the largest drill size?

The largest drill size is 6.00mm. Larger cut-outs will be routed or nibbled.

Multipanel

Can I order a multipanel?

Yes. You can describe your multipanel in the configurator.

Which material and thickness do you offer?

The material we use is FR4 (epoxyresin and glas fiber fabric). You can choose thicknesses of 1.00mm, 1.55mm and 2.40mm.

Which copper thicknesses are available?

You can choose between 35µ and 70µ finished copper thicknesses.

How many layers are possible?

You can order PCBs with 2, 4, 6, and 8 layers.

With the configurator you can create your order in two steps. In step one you can enter the data i.e. thickness, surface finish, delivery time for your PCB. In step two you can upload your design-data. You can send us your data in format ODB++, Eagle, Target 3001, GC-Prevue, Standard Gerber and Extended Gerber format. For drill-data you can send Execellon- and Sieb&Meyer-data. We will also need an aperture-list( dcode-table) for standard Gerber. If you archive (e.g. zip or rar) your data you will save time and money in the data-transfer.
